This year for the 4th of July we decided to head up to Ft. Collins Colorado for the long weekend. We had a really good time! We did alot of shopping, Eating, and we toured the Brewery ( there are a ton there)WE even managed to find where they were doing the fireworks. It had rained all day long but cleared up just intime for the fireworks! It was fun. 
It's always nice to get away from Lyman for a weekend! While we were on our little vacation I got a message from our friends that they had Swine Flu! I couldn't believe it. So we were pretty thankfull we were gone this weekend.
We managed to make it though the whole weekend with no car trouble or anything...everything went so smoothly! Untill the drive home. We stopped at a TA to use the bathroom, and Miguel asked me if i wanted to drive the rest of the way home. I was hesitant to do so because he usually just nags me the whole time about my "horrible" driving. But he promised he wouldn't say a word. So I hop into the drivers seat and get all ready to go...I start backing up and BAM! I managed to back up into the hugest pole ever! And I didn't even see it. Well the look on Miguel's face was pure terror, so we jump out of the truck to inspect the damage and it was really bad! I started crying as soon as I saw what I had done to Miguels "Baby". I never want to drive that stupid truck again! Needless to say the insurance company got a call this morning and the truck will be in the body shop for about a week getting fixed. Nice ending to our weekend!

I hate backing up into things. Watch out for the fire hydrant by Michelle and Tracy's driveway. I still have the dent in my Honda from that one!
Oh no! I am so sorry about your wreck. That is the worst! It is a little funny. Glad the rest of your weekend was fun.
I love FoCo too! My sister lives there now and it is a very fun place to visit. I know you feel bad about the wreck- I feel your pain. Only I backed our Suburban into our truck and wrecked both at the same time!ouch :}
well at least it happened on the way home! Sounds like way fun though!!
I backed up into a pole before but I must have hit it with our plates cuz you couldnt tell, weston still teases me about it.
We spent the 4th of July in Ft. Collins last year and though it was great! It is such a fun place to visit...too bad about your wreck, sorry. It happens to the best of us:)
