We had a wonderful Thanksgiving this year! We went over to my moms for dinner with the family and it was SPECTACTULOR as always. I was "forced" into making the Green Bean casseroll this year and I have to say it was amazing! If only everyone could have been there to share it!

I do wish that more of the family could have came down this year.. that means the inlaws too....we sure wish they lived
closer :(
But the great part of this whole weekend was on Friday my brother Jacob recieved his mission call ( we have been waiting forever it seemed!) So we all gathered around Jake while he opened the envelope (the family who couldn't make it was tuned in via conference call) He was called to the California Mission (can't remember what area) But it is Spanish Speaking! He is really excited. He leaves for the MTC on January 7th 2009....wow thats so soon!

Oh I missed being there this year!! Well next year. Yeah for Jake! Jeff is like a proud parent esp. because he will be learning spanish!! So did you get the hugie mama truck you were telling me about???
I'm so excited for Jake! I was his 5th grade teacher - where has the time gone? He will be a wonderful missionary. Boone says the time goes fast (he will come home in August) but I think it's going slowly. Now our ward will have two missionaries. Yes!
Yeah for Jake, and he's going to the Anaheim mission. I'm so excited he's learning spanish. It's the most wonderful time of the year! Christmas, mission calls, and I can feel the baby moving and my stomach is ever expanding! God bless us one and all!
OK so maybe Lindsey is a close second in the cheese department!! Feel the love Kristy, feel the love!!! Don't stop leaving me those glorious comments, I love them cheese and all!!! God bless us every cheesey one!! :) See you Saturday!
