Christmas for Miguel and I came a little early..not by my choice of course. I love the mystery that Christmas brings and Miguel doesn't really care about keeping the gifts a secret! So let me start from the Beginning.
We headed out one Sunday afternoon to go to Home Depot in Rock springs. When we got there Miguel starts searching for the Compact mini Fridges...low and behold to my dismay he found one that he really liked. So he is really serious about buying one. All the while I am trying my hardest to talk him out of it. " No honey it's too expensive." or " I don't think we really need that!" But my efforts failed. So finally I just had to come clean and tell him that I had already got him one and it was being delivered the next week! Merry Christmas! I was a bit annoyed at the whole situation. So here is the Fridge that I bought him for Christmas. It now sits in our TV Room Downstairs and is very handy!

So Since he was able to know what his presant was he bought me a new chandler for our entry way for my presant ( Maybe he just felt bad for ruining the suprise!) But he knew I really wanted it!

I love it so much! The old Gold one was such an Eye sore! And It really didn't light anything very well. This new one really puts off so much light it almost feels like a totally different room!
We are looking forward to spending time with the family for Christmas and having a few days off of work!

Oh I am laughing because I thought the first picture was the "new" light fixture!!! I was like oh my not so cute! Then I scrolled down-much much better! Good call on the fridge even if you did have to tell him early at least you know he wanted what you got him!!!
I swear Phil does this every year too and tries to buy the present I already bought him. It is so frustrating and I tell him no too, so then he probably figures out that I got it because I don't tell him he can't buy stuff usually!
Your chandelier looks like mine in the kitchen, love it!!
Those are presents that old married couples and new home owners love. You guys are both! Tell Miguel he will LOVE the mini-fridge. We have one downstairs by the family room for pop and it keeps Marvin from having to walk the very long distance(ha)upstairs to get his pop during football games. p.s. Merry Christmas - your Christmas card was cute.
