So me and miguel decided that we wanted to buy a house. So we got the loan and we started searching for a place to call our own. And we found it. I was a nice little 3 bedroom 2 bath house in lyman that had been completely remodeled inside and everything was brand new. So we made an offer ( a few actually) We were at the reality office till 7pm on friday night, they told us to sleep on it for the weekend and pick it back up on Monday....Saturday around 4pm I got a call that the house was sold out from underneith us! I was so upset! I was already picking out colors and everything!!! So that day I had a mini nervous break down and the Realistate company sure got an ear full from me and miguel! But I guess that is not what god wanted for us and now we have found a much better place.
Yesterday we bought a peice of land in the new Sub-Division in mountain view...it's a nice neighborhood with all new houses! We are going to put a Modular home on the land! We are so excited we have the house picked out and we customized it to our liking! I have been working like a Madd women trying to get the loans in place and the contractors scheduled to come and do the foundation! When it is all said and done I would love everyone to come over and See our First house!!

How awesome for you guys! Can't wait to see it! You will love building a house. First owners, get it done the way you want!! It does get stressful, but it will be worth it in the end!
Well I am happy and a little sad at the same time!! I was so wanting you to live closer to me!! But I really am glad you wont have the risk of contracting the haunta virus every day!! I will be there with a house warming gift when the time comes!!! Congratulations you guys!
